1986 - Founding

 

Team TCS was founded in 1986 in Münster, Germany. 

 

Team TCS began working on development management and project mangement in the fields of design, events management and culture management and was commissioned to deliver training, consulting and coaching.projects and commissioned to deliver training, consulting and coaching. Scientific and psychological coaching methods of top-ranking athletes were applied to executive, business and life coaching.

 

1987 Seminars, Coaching groups, Speeches

 

In 1987, Team TCS began offering a range of public seminars and coaching groups to further improve participants´ skills. Seminars not only included topics related to Business excellence such as "self coaching - staff coaching - customer coaching" but also seminars  improving overall work-life balance and quality of life - such as the successful, "Love Lust Liveliness - 100% life and experience seminar relaunched in 2014. Additionally, press reports and introductory speeches on such topics were very popular. 

 

1988 Research Project and branch in Paris

 

In 1988,  an office was established in Clichy, France to conduct a research project in Paris.

 

1990 Interim Management

In order to help businesses improve processes along the entire value chain and to solve problems holistically, we started offering interim management to SMEs in 1990. 

 

2000 Founding of an internal Training Academy 

 

In 2000 the first training programme for coaches was established. This move was in response  to requests for more coaches and trainers who could fulfil Team TCS´ high quality standards and train management staff according to the Team TCS method. 

 

2003 The first ten Team TCS Coaches

 

After three years of intense training certificates were handed out to ten new coaches. This was the basis for further business expansion. 

 

2006 Relocation and the new Crisis Intervention and Crisis Management

 

Team TCS relocated to the Cologne/ Bonn area. In response to enquiries from crisis-hit companies Team TCS began offering of crisis intervention and crisis management.

 

2013 International Business Expansion

 

Following increased demand from neighbouring countries and companies wanting to do business in Uk, interesting in trend scouting or needing profesionell crisis mangement  the London office in London was established in 2013.
